The flavor of the bubble tea was great, and the instructions for making the tapioca and tea were easy to understand. The honey syrup leaked in transit, and resealable bags would be nice for the tea leaves and non-dairy milk powder.

Was not sure what to expect for this tea, but was I glad I bought it! It's bad how much I love all these teas.. they've become my addiction. If you're not a fan of jasmine tea, then I might not recommend choosing this one. Thought this tea isn't as strong and has a hint of sweetness from the honey. So if you don't mind it then I definitely recommend!

First time making, really enjoy the tea! But the tapioca is kinda rubbery with following coooking instructions included so I’m hoping I can figure out a way to make them more tender :)

Great customer service - followed up quickly and provided a great response to a shipping delay (not their fault). Ingredients were packaged nicely and the result tasted delicious. The kit was a gift for my teenager who was missing her bubble tea fix in lockdown and she was thrilled!

It’s okay
Have to cook the “bubbles” for one hour which is longer than I thought and can’t enjoy boba right away. The creamer powder is not to my liking, can substitute to actual cream so this is not a big deal. If you do just want to make it at home this is a good kit that has it all but overall I would rather buy boba in a store.

Good substitute for going into the store
The product is great for those living a little away from the store but still wants to have the sweets on the regular like me. It's actually really easy to make and the taste is not compromised at all. I definitely recommend this

The green tea is nice and strong. It's got a hint of jasmine fragrant too. I like a cup of it hot in the morning. Really soothing. I'm not a big of tapioca generally so I didn't really make the tapioca for me. If you can come up with kits without the tapioca I would love it!
